What are the different package options available?
We offer three packages for each category: Standard (cheapest), Premium (mid-range), and Platinum (most expensive), and at times will offer mini sessions.
Is makeup included in all packages?
Makeup is only included in the package where it is specifically mentioned. If you require a makeup artist for a package that does not include one, I can provide you with a list of makeup artists in my that you can book separately.

Can I bring someone to my shoot?
Yes, but please keep in mind the studio space is small. extra people may interfere with the photographer during the session and can be distracting. Its best to come alone or only with those who are essential for your shoot. We also ask that you limit this to 1 person. any additional people may be asked to sit outside while your session is in progress.
Are pets allowed in the studio?
Yes, we love pets and well-behaved pets are welcome in the studio.
Is there an additional charge for adding another person to the shoot?
Yes, any shoot that involves an additional person will have a fee of $15 per person or Pet.
What are the available studio hours?
The studio is fully open Weekly, but it operates exclusively for scheduled photoshoots only with no walk ins accepted.
What is the payment and cancellation policy?
A non-refundable down payment is required to secure your desired date. If you are unable to attend the shoot, you have the option to reschedule within a year. The remaining balance is due in full the day of your shoot.
How long does it take to receive the unedited and edited photos?
You can expect to receive the unedited photos within 1 to 4 days following the shoot. Once you have made your selections for professional retouching, the edited photos are typically delivered within 7 days. However, please note that the timeframe may vary depending on the number of photos and level of retouching required, and may take anywhere between 1 to 4 weeks
What happens if I don't return my selected choices for retouching within the specified timeframe?
If your selected choices are not returned within 1-7 days after receiving the unedited photos, the retouching process may extend beyond the initial 1-4 week editing period. Please ensure timely communication to avoid any delays in receiving your final photos.
Can I request expedited photos?
If you require expedited photos, please mention this in your inquiry so we can assess if it is feasible to accommodate your project timeline.
How far in advance should I book my photoshoot?
It is recommended to book your photoshoot at least 4 weeks in advance for optimal scheduling and timely delivery of edited photos. Exceptions can be made depending on workload and availability.
What should I wear?
Wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident. Solid colors and simple patterns often work best. Feel free to bring multiple outfits to see what works best.
How long does a shoot typically last?
The duration of a shoot typically depends on which package you choose. Mini sessions are 45 minutes while the standard is between 1 to 2 hours. You can see the duration of the shoot during the booking process.
Can I bring props to my photoshoot?
Absolutely! feel free to bring any props that reflect your personality or the theme. I encourage creativity,
Do you shoot on location, Parties, or weddings.
No, I am currently only booking in studio sessions.
Do you offer digital and print options?
Yes, you will have a shopping cart in your personal gallery and you can order any prints as you please.
Is there a fee for smash cake photoshoots?
Yes, there is a cleaning fee for smash cake photoshoots, as the paper used for the shoot is ruined and cannot be reused. This fee is already factored into the price when you book smash Cake.
